PRESTON ANTUNES
I grew up my whole life loving powerful stories, but if you told me before my mid-twenties that I would translate my love for stories into writing fiction I would’ve laughed. It wasn’t until I searched for career options for years that I arrived suddenly at writing science fiction. English and Literature classes were not my favorite by far. I wasn’t trained to write or influenced in that direction whatsoever.

However, while I was looking at sports statistics and streaming video games as serious options to pursue, I was reading some incredible authors of fiction series like Terry Schott and Ted Dekker. These two authors influenced my storytelling immensely. Terry Schott’s The Game is Life series in particular moved me so deeply that I can still tell you the songs I listened to while I read the books for the first time.

I write my books with minimal outlining and planning as I like to surprise myself with what is produced creatively. Some of the characters I use in my stories I’ve developed for years. I hope you enjoy my work and always feel free to give feedback. I appreciate any feedback that is positive or critical.
